Production process
How we work
Pattern Making
Accurate and precise patterns are created for each product according to the sizes and designs. Every product pattern is designed to fit its intended design and size requirements.
Pre-Production Sample
Before committing to the bulk production we shall first send you a sample to approve. Once you have given your approval, the other process of manufacturing occurs.
Material & Fabric Sourcing
Our cloths are sourced form reputable and trustworthy people to be of high quality that is used in making our products. The fabric sits on racks in our fabric store and is taken through an inspection process thereafter before being relocated to the cutting section.
Cutting & Printing Process
The next step after sourcing the fabric is to cut it into pieces based on the pattern requirements. Subsequently, the pieces are printed or embroidered according to the specifications of our clients.
Sewing & Quality Check
The panels that are cut are sewed together to materialize the design. After this each of the items is carefully checked so that we can again retain our status of one of the best sportswear and activewear manufacturers because we set the highest standards in terms of the quality.
Packing & Delivery
Following that, the items undergo pressing, installation of tags, and packaging in poly bags. Ultimately, the items are packed in cartons and shipped using dependable delivery services.
